  1. How do I book your services?

    • ​Please start by filling out our event intake form. Be sure to include all relevant information such as contact information, event venue, guest count, date and time, and your vision for your event. We will reach out to you and help elevate your next event. ​

  2. Is a deposit and contract required?

    • Yes, we require a half deposit paid upon a signed contract to secure booking.  This ensures we can provide a seamless experience for you and your guests. The remaining balance will be due at the end of your event. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for both contract total and any additional add-on services after completion of your event.​

  3. What types of events do you cater to?

    • We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and more.​

  4. How far in advance should I book your services?

    • We recommend booking our services at least 3-8 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. ​

  5. What is included in your service packages?

    • Our service packages include professional bartenders, drink menus, all necessary bar equipment, setup/clean up services and cocktail packages ice, bar napkins, straws, coolers, syrups, bitters, and garnishes.​

  6. Can you accommodate special drink requests?

    • Absolutely! We love creating custom curated cocktails for your event, Our Emerald Cocktail Package provides you the creativity to craft your own drinks.​

  7. How do I know types of liquors and mixers are needed for my event? 

    • Please check out our menu for drink recipes and contact us to help you identify specific liquors and mixers needed.

  8. Do you provide the alcohol, or do we need to supply it?
    • We serve the alcohol to you and guests that you provide to us at your event venue,​
  9. Can you pick up and deliver alcohol to event venue?
    • We can pick-up your purchased alcohol from the store and bring to your event venue for an additional charge. 
  10. Do you offer non-alcoholic beverage options?
    • Yes, we offer a range of mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages to ensure all guests are catered to.​
  11. What types of glassware do you provide?
    • We provide a variety glassware, including wine glasses, champagne flutes and cocktail glasses. Specific types can be requested based on your event needs,​
  12. Are your bartenders certified?
    • Yes, all our bartenders are TIPs certified and trained to provide professional and safe service. ​
  13. What type of payment methods are accepted?
    • We accept most debit cards, credit cards, and checks.
  14. Should I tip our bartenders?
    • Our mixologists work hard to provide you and your guests a unforgettable experience. Tips are appreciated, ​
  15. Can I have printed menus and/or custom cocktail and mock recipe cards for my event?
    • Certainly! Add flavor to your event with our add on service curated to your specific event.​​
  16. What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at 15 days or more before your event will incur a cancellation fee.  Cancellations under 15 days will not be refunded. ​
